  Bought my youngest daughters bed and mattresses and my oldest daughter a mattress set. They have high end furnishings and willing to work with the public to help you live fabulous (all i ask is that none of you abuse their privileges and mess it up for all of us, that are good paying customers). These good living Christian people, who are in business to make money like the rest of us. They are a kind and friendly family based company. I just love their vibe. I recently bought my queen bed from them (still paying on it, have may some advanced payments to speed up my final payment). Anyways I saw this bed and mattress set and had to have it. I moved into a larger home and passed down my bedroom suit to my youngest ever growing son, who had been begging me for my bedroom suite for years. So any who my bed finally came and I was excited to finally get off the floor (bad back) and it's delivered. They had recently moved from the fun castle area to the beltline where aldis and fred's are located. It was a new move for both of is. To hurry up and finish because I can go on and on about them. The delivery team they hired was not to my liking, instead of him using the L brackets that came with assembling my bed he chose to use a drill and yes he drilled the screw in to far that it went completely through to the front. Now I dont know anyone who would by a bed expensive as mine is and have your hopes up for some, think-I-know-better delivery guy to mess it up. Now it wasnt both who messed up my bed it just the one who assumed to be in charge (assumed being the word) well at first he was going try and overlook it until he looked over at me and saw I was watching him. Otherwise I think he wouldnt have said a word. So I called the store and reported what happened and needless to say the owner was not happy with their service on high end quality furniture which now he had to replace. He was extremely nice about it and allowed me this bed to sleep in until he could get me another one. This time i've requested the family members to deliver and set-up my furniture like the first time and it was agreed that they would. Owners and family members also quality of furnishings 5 star. Hired delivery service ZERO stars. I will definitely buy more furnishings from them in the future but will request delivery guys that know how to follow simple FACTORY directions and not be in a RUSH !
