  My wife and I recently contracted with Elite Flooring to replace our tile/carpet floor with wood and install a tile backsplash. We had visited other dealer/installers before visiting Elite. Our first contact was with Pam who impressed us both with her knowledge of flooring options and the fact that she was able to make recommendations for us that we had not gotten elsewhere. On our second visit we met with Lynn who convinced us that she would guarantee a quality job. Our installation crew was Jamie, lead installer, and Mike. Both were very customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. We observed Jamie to be especially meticulous in his work and took no shortcuts. The result was an excellent and well done job. The backsplash and floors are beautiful. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work done for us and feel fortunate that we selected Elite to work in our home. We highly recommend this team of people – they will do it right.
